9+ Girls Youth Speed and Agility (9+GYSA) - Similar to our other speed and agility class, this is designed to work all leg and core muscles, as well as develop functional strength, quickness, improve coordination and increase reaction time. One thing: no boys allowed!
Meet the Coach
-Grew up in Falls City, NE and graduated from Falls City High School.
-Attended Highland CC, graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in athletic training.
-Attended Western Illinois University and graduated with a BA in exercise science and a business minor.
-Spent the last six years at Going Vertical, where he had the opportunity to train athletes such as Maliek Collins, Vince Valentine and Zaire Anderson, as well as countless college and high school athletes with next-level commitments.
-Background in training athletes for soccer, baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, lacrosse and tennis.
-In his free time, Jordan likes to spend time with his wife, family and friends, golf and play with his two dogs.
14+ Girls Strength and Conditioning (14+GSC) - We build strength while utilizing power and Olympic (bar) lifts. Our strength coach uses Olympic platforms, which include a variety of rogue bars and bumpers. In addition, you'll have fun while using dynamic equipment such as various sleds, medicine balls and several vertimax machines. This class is for all levels of athletes who want to build size and strength, learn proper bar technique or just want a fun workout to keep things fresh!
